Walters), today Justus Property Management (located in Whitestown, IN) operates more than 75 affordable apartment communities and 2,000+ units throughout the state of Indiana. Justus prides itself on its teams ability to navigate all of the State affordable housing programs including (but not limited to) HUD, Rural Development, HOME and Section 42.
