Interfaith Apartments North

Interfaith Apartments is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide affordable housing for individuals/families with at least one person 55 years of age or older, or handicapped/disabled adults and their families regardless of age.We have two buildings with one hundred apartments in each.The North Building contains studio and one-bedroom apartments. Some Section 8 vouchers are available to assist those who qualify.The South Building contains all one-bedroom apartments, and some are mobility-accessible. For the South Building only: Rent is income-based, and Income Limits apply.For both Buildings: We provide kitchen appliances, and all utilities are included in the rent, except cable/internet. All-electric heat and A/C are individually controlled. We are pet-friendly.At Interfaith your safety and security is our priority. The building entrance is locked 24/7 and residents enter by pass key. Video cameras at each entrance are recording at all times. We offer after-hours emergency maintenance, with staff that reside on the premises. Each building features a large community dining room with full kitchen, and a common area. Our residents enjoy many activities planned by the Tenant Council, which meets monthly. All residents are welcome to attend and participate. Each building offers coin-operated laundry rooms with 24-hour access, and outside patios with seating and grill area. We are within walking distance to the grocery store and convenience store, and two city bus routes.Please request an application above.
