About Us
Established in 1989 (by Steven K. Walters), today Justus Property Management (located in Whitestown, IN) operates more than 140 affordable apartment communities and 4,000+ units throughout the state of Indiana. Justus prides itself on its team's ability to navigate all of the State affordable housing programs including (but not limited to) HUD, Rural Development, HOME and Section 42.

Mitch Walters, President, and his team of experienced and well-trained professionals are committed to providing safe, clean, and affordable housing to all of our residents. Our peaceful property is nestled on its own quaint cul-de-sac, and is only 10 minutes from LaPorte and 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Michigan. Our amenities include major kitchen appliances, heat & hot water included in the rent as well as a fun playground for the kids.
