Established in 1989 (by Steven K. Walters), today Justus Property Management (located in Whitestown, IN) operates more than 140 affordable apartment communities and 4,000+ units throughout the state of Indiana. Justus prides itself on its team's ability to navigate all of the State affordable housing programs including (but not limited to) HUD, Rural Development, HOME and Section 42.

Valley View Apartments is an affordable multi-family apartment home community, We offer one and two bedroom apartment homes. We provide affordable housing to households with a total combined income at or below local are medium income levels.
