Lease Terms

Enjoy a 12-month lease with residents responsible for gas and electric bills. Water, sewer, and trash services are included in the rent.

Income Qualifications

Pet Policy

Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.Waste Disposal: Residents must remove and properly dispose of pet waste. There is a $25 fine per incident for non-compliance. After 3 violations, the pet may be required to be removed.Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds are not permitted, including Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, all wolf breeds, and any mix of these breeds. Management reserves the right to deem other breeds or specific animals as aggressive.Animal Deposit: A $300 animal deposit is required. All animals must have current vaccination records at the time of approval and must submit updated records annually. The security deposit in the lease contract does not include this additional deposit. Refunds of the animal deposit will be subject to the lease contract terms and conditions.Service Animals: No deposit is required with an approved reasonable accommodation. All service animals must have current vaccination records at the time of approval and must submit updated records annually.
