Pet Policy SummaryPet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.Waste Disposal: Residents must properly dispose of pet waste or face a $25 fine per incident. After 3 violations, pet removal may be required.Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds are not permitted, including Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, all wolf breeds, and any combinations/mixes of these breeds. Management reserves the right to deem other breeds or specific animals as aggressive.Emergency Care: In emergencies involving accidents or injuries to your pet, we may take the animal to a designated veterinarian at your expense.Animal Rules:Pets must not disturb neighbors or other residents.Dogs, cats, and support animals must be housebroken; other pets must be caged at all times. No offspring allowed.Indoor urination/defecation must be in designated areas (e.g., cat box); outdoor urination/defecation must be in designated areas (gravel/dirt), with immediate waste disposal.Pet Deposit: A $300 pet deposit is required. Emotional support animals (ESA) are exempt with prior approval and medical documentation.
